Lawn Mower Servicing & Repairs Perth WA

At Northern Lawnmower & Chainsaw Specialists, we service most makes and models of 4 stroke and 2 stroke outdoor power equipment. We give you the opportunity to bring your lawn mowers and chainsaws to our repairs and servicing experts at our Perth store, where we will book your equipment into the workshop.

Please note that workshop job deposits are required for all servicing and repair work.

$50 for Rotary Mowers, Garden Edgers, Cylinder Mowers, and Handheld powertools - Chainsaws, Brushcutters, Hedgetrimmers
 
$80 for Ride on Tractor Lawnmowers, Log Splitters/Mulchers and commercial equipment such as lawn vacuums
 
$100 for Zero-Turn Mowers, Cut-off Saws, other large machinery
 
This deposit is committed towards the final total of the service for which it is booked in for.
Job deposits are not refundable if the machine is in a state of disrepair, uneconomical to repair, etc.
 

 
Warranty Claims
 
At Northern Lawnmower, we also handle and carry out warranty claims. If a machine you have purchased, either from us or from another retailer is faulty and still within it's warranty period, drop by our store so that we can handle a warranty claim on your behalf.
 
Important
In order to lodge a warranty claim on your behalf we require a proof of purchase document with your name and details on it along with the model number of the machine we are working on. Common examples of these are invoices printed by us for customers and Bunnings receipts.
 
Job deposits still apply for booking in warranty jobs, as it covers the inspection fee and time spent making the claim in the case that the manufacturer determines that the fault is not warrantable.
 
We will make the claim and communicate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. If the claim is warrantable we will then either replace or repair the machine for you and hand it back to you in perfect working order. In the case where the claim is not warrantable we will contact you, inform you of this, and discuss how you would like to proceed.

Priority Service

Priority service boosts your job to the front of the queue for same or next day completion.

We offer two options for premium job prioritisation services (jump the queue) at an additional cost to the service or repair that the machine has been booked in for.
 
Next Working Day $75.00
Next Job, Same Day $95.00

Please Note;
This premium service cost is in addition to any servicing or repair costs.
If in the course of the job, unforeseen/additional parts are required but not available in store you are still bound to pay the “Priority Service” rate.
